As a therapist, I am experienced at treating most emotional-led issues. Such issues could include anxiety, stress, fears and phobias, breaking free from unwanted habits or negative thoughts and building confidence and self esteem.

I have also helped many people stop smoking permanently, with a proven two-session plan. I also work in conjunction with the National Smoking Cessation Institute.

I have a special interest in helping people overcome trauma, grief and post traumatic stress and specialise in regression and past life regression.

As a qualified Hypnotherapist, Neuro Linguistic Programmer, practitioner of Thought Field Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques, I am able to utilise many different resources and skills to enable you to make significant changes in your life.

My practice is based in Swaffham which is in the centre of Norfolk, within easy reach of Norwich, Kings Lynn, Dereham, Thetford, Watton, Holt, Downham Market and Fakenham.

I offer a professional and confidential consultation, in a safe and non-judgemental setting. I would be pleased to chat through any questions you may have before making an appointment.

Directions:

My office is central to Swaffham, on the Market Place, and with all of the main roads into Swaffham meeting at the Market Place, it is very easy to find. Once you have arrived at the Market Place, you will find plenty of parking. If your appointment is on market day (Saturday) parking can be found off Cley Road, which is still very close to the Market Place.

Once parked, you will find my office in the Market Place, at the far right end of the row of shops. My office is in the same building as Revell Estate Agents.

If your appointment is during office hours, please come into the building and up the stairs to the first floor. You will see my office on the left hand side. If you visit outside of office hours, the front door may be locked. I will meet you at your appointment time to let you in.
